We design real-world products - things you can hold, use, and rely on.
From the first sketch to production hand - off, we blend industrial design with mechanical engineering so your idea becomes a beautiful, robust object that’s simple to manufacture and a joy to use. We keep the process open and human: we listen, prototype early, test together, and explain every trade - off in plain language.
In practice, that means we help with:
Research & product strategy – frame the problem, define users, map requirements.
Concept & industrial design – form, ergonomics, CMF, brand alignment.
Mechanical design & engineering – mechanisms, materials, GD&T, tolerance stacks.
Prototyping & testing – quick looks-like/works-like builds, user trials, iteration.
DFM/DFX & documentation – BOMs, drawings, specs, and assembly guidance.
Supplier liaison & ramp-up – quotes, pilot runs, feedback from the factory floor.
Whether you’re starting with a napkin sketch or a half - built prototype, we meet you where you are and move the product to the next milestone -calmly, clearly, and together.
We keep collaboration simple, open, and calm.
From day one, you get a direct contact on our side, and we share progress with you — sketches, CAD, tests — so nothing happens behind closed doors.
We stay in touch with short, regular check-ins and quick replies. At the end of each stage we host a brief review and send a clear summary of what was done, why it matters, and what’s next — so you’re never guessing.
Prefer email, Slack, or quick calls? We’ll meet you where you are and keep everything easy to follow.
Every project is different, but the path usually looks like this—calm, transparent, and without surprises:
Intro chat. You share the goal and context; we listen, ask a few focused questions, and define what success means together.
Kickoff. We confirm scope, milestones, timelines, and budget so everyone’s clear on where we’re going.
Research. We scan the market and benchmarks, note risks and opportunities, and use that to guide decisions.
Concepts. A few directions (sketches, quick CAD). You pick the direction; we shape it until it feels right.
Design development. We work through details—geometry, mechanisms, assembly, materials—thinking about manufacturing early.
Prototype & validation. We build working samples, test feel, reliability, and usability, then refine what matters.
Pilot run. A small batch to prove manufacturing and quality control in the real world.
Handoff & support. Final files plus a short summary of what’s done and what’s next. We stay available to help with launch.
Some steps can be combined or skipped if it makes sense. If the project needs extras—like certification, field tests, or user docs—we’ll add only what’s genuinely useful.
In short: physical products and hardware—from a napkin sketch to a pilot run. If it needs clear industrial/mechanical design and has to be built, tested, and manufactured, we can help.
Typical categories we take on
Consumer & lifestyle hardware: smart home devices, kitchen/wellness products, accessories.
Health & personal care: non-invasive devices, testers, wearables.
Mobility & vehicles: e-bikes, scooters, cargo add-ons, specialty vehicles and enclosures.
Security & safety: sirens, access and alert systems, rugged units.
Industrial & IoT: housings, HMIs, gateways, kiosks, sensor enclosures.
Tools & fixtures: jigs, small mechanisms, demo rigs, show models.
Ways we can engage
End-to-end development: research → concepts → design engineering → prototypes → pilot.
Redesign / cost-out / reliability boosts: refine what you have without changing the soul.
Rapid concept sprints & proofs of concept: get options on the table fast.
CAD & documentation only: assemblies, drawings, tolerances, BOMs.
Manufacturing support: supplier handoff, DFM/DFS, test rigs, light production aids.
Project size & stage
Week-long focused sprints, multi-phase programs, or something in between—we can join at the start or pick up mid-stream.
If you’re unsure whether your idea fits, send a note. We’ll tell you straight, and if it’s not for us, we’ll try to point you to someone who’s a better match.
